In 2024, Bouygues' construction arm recorded a 6% increase in sales, contributing to overall operating profits of €2.54 billion—surpassing expectations despite challenges in real estate.
	Lovell is a leading UK partnership housing specialist with over 50 years of experience in residential construction, regeneration and retrofit. A subsidiary of the Morgan Sindall Group, Lovell works closely with local authorities, housing providers and communities to deliver new homes, refurbishments, later-living solutions and strategic land projects. Recent financials reflect an approximately £36.1 million operating profit and an order book of £2.2 billion. Lovell is known for its emphasis on community impact and innovative housing solutions.
	Mount Anvil, established in 1991 and headquartered in London, is a privately owned developer specialising in high-quality residential-led and mixed-use projects across Inner London. Co-founded by Killian Hurley, the firm has delivered thousands of homes, consistently operating profitably. In the 15 months ending March 2025, it reported revenue of £254 million and pre-tax profit of £4.8 million, underpinned by strong sales and longstanding partnerships. Mount Anvil is celebrated for its design-led developments, commitment to safety, customer satisfaction and awards—for example, Developer of the Year and top health and safety ratings.
	Mulalley Construction Ltd is a small, family-operated building and landscaping firm based in Manchester, incorporated in January 2023. It offers services in domestic construction, renovations, bricklaying, plastering, driveways, landscaping, loft conversions and bathroom and kitchen fitting, among other projects. Though still emerging, the business has garnered positive client feedback for its craftsmanship and attention to detail.
	Established in 2009, Quinn Construction is a family-run building firm based in Clapham Junction, London. It focuses on high-quality craftsmanship for residential projects such as home extensions, loft conversions, kitchen fitting, renovation and refurbishment.
	Wates Group is a privately owned UK construction, development and property services business, initially founded in 1897 by Edward Wates as a Surrey housebuilder. Now led by the fourth generation of the family, it employs thousands across the UK and reported a turnover of around £2.4 billion in 2024. The company specialises in sustainable residential, commercial and infrastructure projects, and in 2023 achieved its highest-ever turnover of £2.18 billion, underlining its continued expansion and resilience.

Eligibility

A range of data points must be collected to assess your company's eligibility for the event based on the following criteria. Companies must:

• Be registered in the UK
• Meet the micro/small business definition of less than 50 employees as per the following definition
  
• Be trading for a minimum of 18 months
• Operate in the construction and/or facilities management sector
