  • Allisyn is an experienced commercial director– working in both growth strategy and capability.
  • Known for her strong strategic thinking skills coupled with real tactical expertise, she loves to push the challenge, share best practice, yet stay grounded in the reality of implementation.
  • Allisyn brings a wealth of industry experience having held senior commercial positions in both client and agency side across multiple categories and in multiple geographies (Safeway, GSK, Cadbury Schweppes, Brand Learning, Happen, Oystercatchers, Alchemists, MMT, Brand Dynamics, Dialtrak) Working in private and public sector, B2B and B2C.


Ruth Williams

  • Ruth graduated in Chemistry, has a PhD in Food Science and started her career as a government scientist which evolved to a career in Business and Innovation.
  • An experienced director Ruth brings a wealth of industry experience having held senior technical and marketing positions in both clients and agencies across multiple categories and geographies.
  • She has worked on both large international brands such as Smirnoff & Guinness, as well as smaller more agile financial offerings, in a range of markets:  UK, US, Spain, Australia, India and Africa.

Who is this event for?

This virtual event is designed for UK businesses and:

  • Junior professionals in fields of marketing, sales, supply chain, research and development, design and general commercial business roles
  • Working professionals with 1-3 years of experience

This event is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund*. As a result, a range of data points must be collected to assess your company's eligibility. 

Businesses must: 

  • Be small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) according to the European SME definition
  • Be based in the South East of England
  • Be registered in the UK
  • Have not received more than €200,000 in public funds over the last 3 fiscal years
