Justin Torgout
Justin Torgout Director of The South East Cyber Resilience Centre 

  • As an experienced Senior Investigating Officer (SIO) having managed large scale investigations and as an accredited Kidnap & Extortion manager Detective Superintendent Justin Torgout brings over 25 years of policing experience to the Cyber Resilience Centre.
  • Having worked across a diverse number of policing functions Justin joins the team from his current role with Hampshire Constabulary where his responsibilities comprised the management of Serious and Organised crime inclusive of the Force Cyber Crime Unit.

Chris Hill 
Founder & Managing Director, RUNWAYE

  • For 25 years’ operating as an international brand builder, B2C, B2B and D2C marketer, business developer and strategy consultant, Chris has helped FTSE listed, private equity and venture capital backed businesses and brands expand across borders, regions and continents through a broad blend of traditional and digital routes-and-channels to market.
  • Since 2021, Chris has been an EU Transition Advisor, providing guidance, practical 1-2-1 advice and support to SMEs across the SOLEP region in the aftermath of the UK-EU Trade Cooperation agreement. 

Frances Fawcett 
International Trade Specialist, International Trade Matters Ltd

  • Frances has worked globally for almost all of her career and is currently working with businesses to support their import and export activities.
  • Her background is in the technology sector with organisations including Microsoft Corporation and she has owned and run her own manufacturing business that exported all over the world.
  • She now provides coaching, training and advice to owners and managers covering general business management and international trade. She is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning.
