hello@helptogrowmentor.comThe Growth Gap: Three Questions That Turn Ambition into Action
About this event
From good mentoring conversations to measurable growth outcomes
Many mentoring conversations generate insight, motivation and great ideas, yet too often they fail to translate into meaningful action. In our webinar, you'll explore why growth-focused discussions stall and discover a simple three-question framework that helps mentors move mentees from intention to implementation. Through real-world examples and guided reflection, you'll learn how to uncover hidden barriers, create accountability and drive genuine business growth.
Designed specifically for mentors, this session provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in live mentoring conversations. You'll explore common growth challenges faced by SME leaders, see the framework brought to life through a mentoring scenario and leave with a practical Growth Conversation tool to help turn ambitious discussions into clear commitments and measurable progress.
By attending you will:
-
Identify the three most common reasons growth conversations fail and learn how to recognise them in mentoring session
-
Use a simple three-question framework to move discussions from ideas and aspirations to clear commitments and action
-
Uncover the real barriers to growth, including those that mentees may be reluctant to acknowledge or address
-
Create stronger accountability with mentees by establishing clear ownership, responsibility and timelines
-
Help mentees focus on what matters most by understanding the importance of stopping low-value activities to create capacity for growth
